The prices above include water and sewer for 2 people, there will be a $5.00 charge per day for any extra guest.  However, you must pay for the electricity. The rate is 22¢ per kilowatt hour. A $100 electric deposit is required at registration. We have 20, 30 and 50 amp hook-ups. All payments are due upon arrival and at the beginning of each month.  Unexpected early departures may not be allotted a full refund.  We do not accept credit cards.
